Welcome to Forest Salsa!
In Cuba salsa is used for a social and pleasurable activity to put joy into the lives of all who participate in it. Following the beats of the infectious music it is both rhythmic and expressive when danced alone, becoming harmonious and flowing when danced in couples and exciting and fun when performed in a collective wheel known as Rueda de Casino.
Forest Salsa lead dancer, Havana born Mario Estrada, has danced salsa since he could walk and now provides Cuban Salsa classes, demonstrations, workshops, parties and events in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, South Wales and other areas of the U.K with a team of dancers sharing the same passion and pleasure for this form of the Latin Dance.
Salsa is a great to way to keep fit, meet people and have lots of fun - no wonder it is the most popular Latin dance in the world.
